I arrived home last Thursday to find my air conditioner has stopped working. After checking a number of common sense possibilities, I concluded the capacitor to be the problem the next day I spoke with Mike to order a part and he was extremely helpful despite the fact I didn’t have all the information required. Not only did your staff locate the part in Cleveland the same day, they then went and got it and waited after hours for me to pick it up that evening. The purpose of this letter is to inform you about the great service I received from your staff. It’s refreshing to know that some employees really care. I just want you to know that these people are dedicated to customer service and Geisel Heating. I am one satisfied customer. Thanks again for your help.

We only had one problem awhile ago where something was not fixed correctly. Geisel took care of the repair, refunded all money paid and extended our warranty service contract. All to our satisfaction. Geisel proved themselves as a professional, reliable company
