The Gas Heating Total Maintenance Program includes:

• Annual Inspection: Geisel will provide a certified technician to inspect you heating system for proper operation to insure that it's in the best possible condition for the heating season. Geisel will repair any deficiencies found at that time.
  
• Control Replacement. All worn or defective parts will be replaced at no additional cost. Because smooth-functioning components make our maintenance and service job easier, you can be sure we'll always provide you with the best components possible.
  
• Labor Coverage: Geisel will provide such labor as may be required to keep the heating equipment in proper operating order. Geisel will do all repairs and service work during normal working hours with the exception of "no heat" calls.
  
• Parts Coverage: Geisel will provide replacement parts to keep the equipment listed in proper working order.
  
• 24 Hour Emergency Service. If emergency calls are ever necessary, they will be answered promptly and cheerfully by a certified and experienced service specialist. Of course, this convenient service is provided at no additional cost.

The Gas Heating and Electric Air Conditioning Total Maintenance Program Includes:
