Bradford
White Features
Construction begins with a high quality, triple tested tank. The
interior of the tank is lined with a specially formulated glass lining
and protected with a large magnesium tank saver. A special flue baffle
design increases recovery capacity and decreases wasteful stack loss.
Heat input is provided by a whisper quiet, high capacity radial port
burner providing efficient heat transfer to the stored water.
Recovery
efficiencies of 76% are achieved. The entire heater receives a thick
blanket of non-CFC foam insulation with an 8.33 R-value to minimize
stand-by loss and is finished with a steel jacket and a beautiful
acrylic enamel finish with contrasting trim. Control is provided by an
adjustable immersion thermostat/gas valve with an automatic overheat
safety device. All models meet or exceed the NAECA and ASHRAE standards
for energy efficiency

What's the difference?
|
Bradford White is proud to introduce its
Defender Safety SystemTM a new combustion technology that
resists the ignition of flammable vapors that can occur outside of the
water heater. The introduction is scheduled to meet the new American
National Standards Institute's (ANSI) standard for residential gas water
heaters.
The Bradford White Defender Safety System™ maintains outstanding
efficiency, and a long service life. Best of all, it provides
maintenance free operation while meeting the stringent ANSI standard for
residential gas water heaters.

5
Reasons Not To: "Do It Yourself"!
1. You might not get the exact model your
need!
There are thousands of
water heaters available today. Knowing
whats right for you means more than replacing a 40-gallon model with another
40-gallon model. Energy efficiency,
fast recovery, venting options and changing demand must all be considered before
the correct model is chosen.
2. You could violate local codes and ordinances.
Each
city in our area has its own set of rules and regulations regarding water heater
installation. Geisel is familiar with the rules and regulations in all
areas that we do business.
3. Save on trips to the
hardware store during installation.
Theres
more to installation than just attaching a water line. Geisel has all the fittings, pipes, parts, tools, venting materials and
valves necessary to install the job right the first time. Thats all part of our professional standards that also includes the
disposal of the old water heater and cleaning up your property before we leave.
4. You receive only what
you need!
If Geisel diagnoses
the problem with your water heater as a defective heating element or faulty
valve, thats what gets fixed. Professional
experience is the difference between a minor repair and the unnecessary
re-installation of a new water heater.
5. Safety, Reliability,
Warranties
Geisels
builds our business with satisfied customers. We provide service after the sale and are licensed and bonded to insure
your safety. Our livelihood depends
on making our customers happy. Strong warranties are provided with each
installation. The local building
authorities inspect all work, as required by code.
