Free Inspection Includes:

• Operation of all sinks and tubs to assure proper drainage.
• Visual inspection of drain traps and tub wastes for leaks and integrity.
• Leak check all faucet stems and seats.
• Operation of all toilets for proper flush, tank water level and mechanical movements.
• Visual inspection of all accessible water shut off valves for potential leaks.
• Operation of water lines to detect "water hammer" noises.
• Professional recommendations on plumbing system repairs/replacements to bring up to national code requirements.
