Sanitary Sewer Installations

We provide our customers with a complete installation in accordance with the County Engineering Department specifications.

°  We install 6” Class SDR 35 sewer pipe.

°  We install a sewer cleanout at the roadside tap for easy maintenance

°  All sewer pipe is bedded with premium stone fill to properly support the new piping and protect the pipe
   from settling.

°  We install a water dam to prevent water from following the stone bedding into the house foundation.

°  We install a clean out at every outside discharge line tied into the new main sewer pipe.

°  All interior piping changes and connection are made to complete the project.

For example: laundry trays, washers, showers, toilets and sinks currently piped to a sump crock are connected to the new city sewers. Note: sump pump crocks receiving sewage of any type are against all state and local codes.

°  We provide all plumbing repairs, inside or out.

°  We pump, crush and fill the existing septic tank.

°  We install lime in your old septic tank to help kill
bacteria.
