A: We offer 24 hour emergency service. Our plumbing services include main sewer cleaning and installation, water service mains, gas service mains, bathroom and kitchen remodeling and spa repairs. 44035-5391 Do you ever have sales on equipment or installations? A: Geisel has 4 major sales per year on our entire line of heating and air conditioning and plumbing equipment. Generally these coincide with the change of seasons. Do you have cash and carry sales on parts? A: Yes, please bring the old part or the model and serial number of the equipment with you. We have a large warehouse and if the part is not on hand we can generally get if from the warehouse within 24 hours. We are open Monday - Friday with other hours by appointment. You can order replacement filters, humidifier water panels, thermostats and installed accessories at our online store Shop GoGeisel.com What are your hours of operation? A: Monday thru Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Other times by appointment A: Estimates for residential and commercial replacement heating, air conditioning and plumbing replacement systems are given at no charge. This includes the full range of services we offer. Our service departments (HVAC & Plumbing) are not able to give free estimates on Service Work. They charge a diagnostic fee to diagnose the problem. Once this diagnostic inspection is complete they will be able to give you a fee to correct the problem. Geisel has a flat rate pricing plan, which guarantees that the repairs will not exceed our estimates. All work is guaranteed. What methods of payments do you accept? A: Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, Carrier Credit Card, Checks and Cash Do you have a credit program to purchase new equipment? A: Yes, Geisel offers many credit programs. Our most popular is the Carrier Credit Card. This program offers financing on small or large replacement systems, or service work, with a payment as low as 2% of the unpaid balance. For example, if your investment in a new system were $1500.00, your payment would be $30.00 per month. Geisel also offers special programs during the year which offer 90 day or 6 months same as cash with nothing down and no interest payments. Check with you salesman for details.
